Running a company can be challenging, especially if you are a female in a male-dominated industry. Looking to prove her worth, Adaeze steps up to the challenge when her father, Chief Ernest Obiagu is forced to take a step back due to health issues. Ironically, he appoints his crude and eccentric brother, Godswill, instead to run the company with his young daughter. Complications arise when they discover that the family business is in dire financial straits and both Adaeze and Godswill try to save the company in their own way to crazy and often hilarious results. Lionheart is a 2018 English-language Comedy movie featuring Genevieve Nnaji, Nkem Owoh, Pete Edochie, Onyeka Onwenu, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Dika Ofoma and Peter Okoye. The Entertainment Network was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Chinny Onwugbenu. Lionheart is written by Genevieve Nnaji, Chinny Onwugbenu, C. J. Obasi, Ishaya Bako and Emil Garuba and it is directed by Genevieve Nnaji. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Lionheart was released on 4th January 2019 in English and Igbo languages and takes a screen time of 95 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₦21 million. Cinematography was done by Yinka Edward and editing by George Cragg. The music was composed by Kulanen Ikyo.
