Brother Bear

In a post-ice age Alaska, a young man named Kenai receives a totem representing love, but after his brothers death caused by a bear, he hunts it down, only to be transformed into a bear himself as punishment and then forms a deep bond with a bear cub named Koda, eventually sacrificing himself to protect Koda and atone for his mistakes. Brother Bear is a 2003 American English-language Animation Adventure motion picture featuring Joaquin Phoenix, Jeremy Suarez, Rick Moranis, Dave Thomas, Jason Raize, D.b. Sweeney and Terry Young. Walt Disney Pictures in association with Walt Disney Feature Animation. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Chuck Williams. The movie is directed by Aaron Blaise and Robert Walker. Buena Vista Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Brother Bear was released on 1st November 2003 and takes a screen time of 85 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Brother Bear was made on a budget of $46 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $250 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tab Murphy, Lorne Cameron, David Hoselton, Steve Bencich and Ron J. Friedman. Editing was done by Tim Mertens. The music was composed by Phil Collins along with Mark Mancina.
