Thirty years after a devastating incident with Team Zenith that led to the loss of his powers, Jack reluctantly instructs a new team of unique individuals who must face the return of his unstable brother Connor and the militarys plan to use them as a distraction to test new weaponry on him, eventually leading to their successful rescue and restoration of their original powers. Zoom is a 2006 American English-language Action Adventure film starring Tim Allen, Courteney Cox, Chevy Chase, Spencer Breslin, Rip Torn, Kevin Zegers and Sadey Paige Nifong. The movie is inspired from Amazing Adventures from Zoom s Academy by Jason Lethcoe. Columbia Pictures in association with Revolution Studios, Team Todd Productions and Boxing Cat Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Suzanne Todd, Jennifer Todd and Todd Garner. Zoom is written by Adam Rifkin, David Berenbaum and Jason Lethcoe and it is directed by Peter Hewitt. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Zoom was released on 11th August 2006 and takes a screen time of 88 minutes. Zoom was made on a budget of $75 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Adam Rifkin and David Berenbaum. Cinematography was done by David Tattersall and editing by Lawrence Jordan. The music was composed by Christophe Beck.
