The movie is based on Guardians of the Galaxy by Dan Abnett Andy Lanning. Marvel Studios was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kevin Feige. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is written by James Gunn, Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning, Steve Englehart, Steve Gan, Jim Starlin, Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, Jack Kirby, Bill Mantlo, Keith Giffen, Steve Gerber and Val Mayerik and it is directed by James Gunn. Walt Disney Studios acquired the distribution rights for the film. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was released on 27th April 2017 and takes a screen time of 137 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was made on a budget of $200 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $780 million. Cinematography was done by Henry Braham and editing by Fred Raskin and Craig Wood. The music was composed by Tyler Bates.
