HanWay Films in association with Ecosse Films, Film4, UK Film Council, Screen Yorkshire and Goldcrest Films International. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Robert Bernstein, Kevin Loader and Douglas Rae. Wuthering Heights is written by Andrea Arnold and Olivia Hetreed and it is directed by Andrea Arnold. Curzon Artificial Eye acquired the distribution rights for the film.
