The Sentinel

A young medical student returns to Paris from Germany and finds a shrunken human head in his luggage, leading him to embark on a dangerous journey to investigate its origins, encountering obstacles and life-threatening situations as he uncovers secrets surrounding the head. The Sentinel is a 1992 French-language Thriller film starring Emmanuel Salinger, Thibault De Montalembert, Jean-louis Richard, Valérie Dréville, Marianne Denicourt, Jean-luc Boutté and Jeanne Balibar. Why Not Productions in association with France 2 Cin ma, Arte France Cin ma and 2001 Audiovisuel. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Nicole Arbib, Pascal Caucheteux and Gr Goire Sorlat. The Sentinel is written by Arnaud Desplechin, Pascale Ferran, No Mie Lvovsky and Emmanuel Salinger and it is directed by Arnaud Desplechin. Pan-Europ enne acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Sentinel was released on 20th May 1992 and takes a screen time of 139 minutes. The film made a box office gross of $1 million. Cinematography was done by Caroline Champetier and Olivier Chambon and editing by Fran ois G digier. The music was composed by Marc Sommer.
