Two friends from a poor neighborhood deceive their friend by enrolling him in a dwarf Muay Thai championship in order to finance their trip to a Thai resort, but their vacation turns into a chaotic and dangerous adventure. Pattaya is a 2016 French-language Comedy movie featuring Franck Gastambide, Malik Bentalha, Anouar Toubali, Ramzy Bedia, Gad Elmaleh, Sabrina Ouazani and Jaroslav Shvets. Mandarin Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ric Altmayer, Nicolas Altmayer and Pascal Bonnet. Pattaya is written by Franck Gastambide, Stéphane Kazandjian and St Phane Kazandjian and it is directed by Franck Gastambide. Gaumont Film Company acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Pattaya was released on 24th February 2016 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Pattaya was made on a budget of $7 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $13 million. Cinematography was done by Renaud Chassaing and editing by Laure Gardette. The music was composed by Dj Kore.
