The Master

The film is about a Kung Fu student from Hong Kong who trains three thieves, defends them against a gang attack, and tries to find his master while preparing his friends for battle. The Master is a 1992 English-language Action Comedy movie featuring Jet Li, Yuen Wah, Crystal Kwok, Jerry Trimble, Anne Rickets, Wah Yuen and Doc Watson. Golden Harvest in association with Wa Nga Films and Film Workshop. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Tsui Hark. The movie is directed by Tsui Hark. Golden Harvest acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Master was released on 28th May 1992 and takes a screen time of 92 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $8 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Lam Kei-to and Lau Tai-muk. Cinematography was done by Joe Chan and Paul Edwards and editing by Kam Ma and Marco Mak. The music was composed by Tang Siu-lam.
