A team of Angels in Rio de Janeiro capture an embezzler, then rescue engineer Elena from an ambush, breaking into headquarters to retrieve stolen prototypes, leading to suspicions about Rebekahs loyalty and a bombing, but ex-operative John is revealed to be the true traitor, leading to Elenas hostage situation, which the Angels ultimately rescue her from, resulting in the arrest of the mastermind and Elena joining the Angels, with a mid-credits scene showing Elena receiving congratulations from the new Charlie.
