Two individuals meet at a matchmaking event, share their past experiences, start a food truck together, face challenges, impress Chitras father, fall in love, drift apart, and eventually reconcile with the help of loved ones through a radio show. Pelli Chupulu is a 2016 Indian Telugu-language Romantic Comedy Comedy motion picture starring Vijay Deverakonda, Ritu Varma, Abhay Bethiganti, Anish Kuruvilla, Padmaja Lanka, Gururaj Manepalli and Keshav Deepak. BigBen Cinemas in association with Dharmapatha Creations. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Daggubati Suresh Babu, Raj Kandukuri and Yash Rangineni. The movie is written and directed by Tharun Bhascker. Suresh Productions acquired the distribution rights for the film. Pelli Chupulu was released on 4th August 2016 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Pelli Chupulu was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹27 crore. Cinematography was done by Nagesh Banell and editing by Ravi Teja Girijala.
