A loan defaulter attains political favoritism in exchange for votes, wins half of a lottery ticket with a constable he falls in love with, accidentally marries a dying woman through a prediction influenced by Iron Leg Shastri, and ends up marrying both the constable and the dying woman who turn out to be sisters.
