Vivian starts an activist movement called Moxie after witnessing unfair treatment towards girls at school, ultimately exposing a rapist and gaining support for her cause. Moxie is a 2011 American English-language Animation Drama film featuring Hadley Robinson, Alycia Pascual-pe A, Lauren Tsai, Nico Hiraga, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Amy Poehler and Ragga Gudrun. The movie is based on Moxie by Jennifer Mathieu. Paper Kite Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kim Lessing, Morgan Sackett and Amy Poehler. The movie is directed by Amy Poehler. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the film. Moxie was released on 3rd March 2021 and takes a screen time of 111 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tamara Chestna and Dylan Meyer. Cinematography was done by Tom Magill and editing by Julie Monroe. The music was composed by Mac Mccaughan.
