Kurukshetra

The film depicts the intense Battle of Tololing during the 1999 Kargil War between India and Pakistan, where Indian Army Colonel Mahadevan seeks revenge for the killings of his fellow soldiers by personally defeating his Pakistani counterpart Colonel Chengiz. Kurukshetra is a 2008 Indian Malayalam-language War Action movie featuring Siddique, Biju Menon, Ravi Mariya, Sania Singh, Anjana Chandran, Assim Jamal and Suraj Venjaramoodu. Damor Cinemas was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Santhosh Damodar. Kurukshetra is written by Major Ravi and Santosh Damodar and it is directed by Major Ravi. Kurukshetra was released on 8th October 2008. Kurukshetra was made on a budget of ₹8 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹11 crore. Cinematography was done by Loganathan Srinivasan. The music was composed by Siddharth Vipin.
