Associated Players and Producers in association with Edward Small Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Edward Small. The movie is directed by Phil Karlson. United Artists acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Kansas City Confidential was released on 11th November 1952 and takes a screen time of 99 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by George Bruce and Harry Essex. Cinematography was done by George E. Diskant and editing by Buddy Small. The music was composed by Paul Sawtell.
