Kambakkht Ishq is written by Sabbir Khan, Ishita Moitra, Anvita Dutt Guptan and Kiran Kotrial and it is directed by Sabbir Khan. Eros Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kambakkht Ishq was released on 3rd July 2009 and takes a screen time of 135 minutes. Kambakkht Ishq was made on a budget of ₹65 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹47 crore.
