After a car accident, Elizabeths spirit appears in her apartment and she and David try to solve the mystery of her identity while developing feelings for each other; David attempts to save her by stealing her body when Elizabeths sister signs a DNR order but in the end, Elizabeth wakes up from her coma and reunites with David.
