Before being able to join Alpha Sigma Rho fraternity and its sister sorority, four pledges must spend the night in Garth Manor, twelve years to the day after the previous resident murdered his entire family. Some, however, say that one member of the Garth family survived, and still resides somewhere in the now-deserted mansion. Written by Kevin Ackley Hell Night is a 1981 American English-language Horror Thriller movie starring Linda Blair, Vincent Van Patten, Peter Barton, Kevin Brophy, Jenny Neumann, Suki Goodwin and Nathan L. Truman. Hell Night was Produced by Irwin Yablans and Bruce Cohn Curtis. Hell Night is written by Randy Feldman and directed by Tom Desimone. Compass International Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Hell Night was released on 28th August 1981 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Hell Night was made on a budget of $1 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $2 million. Cinematography was done by Mac Ahlberg and editing by Anthony DiMarco. The music was composed by Dan Wyman.
