DreamWorks/Paramount Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Eagle Eye was released on 17th October 2008 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Eagle Eye was made on a budget of $80 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $178 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by John Glenn, Travis Adam Wright, Hillary Seitz and Dan McDermott. Cinematography was done by Dariusz Wolski and editing by Jim Page.
