Several satellites have been destroyed without explanation. A few days later, a group of diamond thieves are thwarted when the gems they are after suddenly disappear. Strangely enough, the two incidents are connected when scientists discover that a giant jellyfish like creature, which was mutated due to a high amount of radiation hovering over Japan, is drawing up all carbon based matter, including coal and diamonds. Soon the creature is also attacking bridges and ships. Can anything be done to destroy the creature before he begins drawing up all mankind? Written by Brian Washington Uchû daikaijû Dogora is a 1964 Japanese Japanese-language Crime Horror movie featuring Yosuke Natsuki, Y Ko Fujiyama, Hiroshi Koizumi, Nobuo Nakamura, Robert Dunham, Akiko Wakabayashi and Ted Thomas. Toho was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Yasuyoshi Tajitsu and Tomoyuki Tanaka. Uchû daikaijû Dogora is written by Jojiro Okami and Shinichi Sekizawa and it is directed by Ishir Honda. Toho acquired the distribution rights for the film. Uchû daikaijû Dogora was released on 11th August 1964 and takes a screen time of 83 minutes. Cinematography was done by Hajime Koizumi and editing by Ryohei Fujii. The music was composed by Akira Ifukube.
