A complex story of friendship, love, marriage, and deceit unfolds as Sitas father steals from Bhanumathis father, leading to a series of events where Chittibabu agrees to marry Sita in exchange for being sent to the United States, Basavaraju rejects Bhanumathi as a bride, and later falls in love with her unknowingly, while Chittibabu returns from the US and neglects Sita for Bhanumathi, ultimately resulting in Bhanumathi marrying Basavaraju and devising a plan to reunite Sita and Chittibabu. Thene Manasulu is a 1965 Indian Telugu-language Drama film starring Ram Mohan, Sandhya Rani, Sukanya, Krishna Ghattamaneni, Padmanabham, G.s.r. Murthy and Koneshwara Rao. The movie is based on Vakrinchina Sarala Rekhalu by K. R. K. Mohan. Babu Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) C. Sundaram.
