Jayam

Sujatha and Raghu are supposed to marry, but after he attacks her classmate, she falls in love with Venkat from a poor family instead and, with his help, they escape Raghus violent attempts to keep them apart and eventually get married. Jayam is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language Drama Action movie featuring Sadha, Nithiin Kumar Reddy, Sada, Tottempudi Gopichand, Delhi Rajeshwari, Shakeela and Nirmala Reddy. Chitram Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Teja. The movie is written and directed by Teja. Jayam was released on 14th June 2002 and takes a screen time of 152 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Jayam was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹32 crore. Cinematography was done by Sameer Reddy and editing by Shankar. The music was composed by R. P. Patnaik. At the 2003 South Filmfare Awards It won an award for Best Actress (Sada).
