The Wild Geese

A group of mercenaries are hired to rescue a countrys president due for execution, but are abandoned by their employer and are forced to fight their way through hostile territory to escape with the president, resulting in many deaths, and later retaliate against their employer in London. The movie is based on The Wild Geese by Daniel Carney. Richmond Film Productions Ltd in association with Varius Entertainment Trading A.G. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Euan Lloyd, Erwin C. Dietrich, Douglas Netter and Chris Chrisafis. The movie is directed by Andrew V. Mclaglen. Rank acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
