Everest

In May 1996, two commercial expeditions at Mount Everests base camp face challenges and tragedies, including missing guide ropes, altitude sickness, and a blizzard, resulting in the death of one climber and the loss of hands and nose for another, while the leaders body remains on the mountain. Everest is a 2015 English-language Action Adventure film starring Jason Clarke, Josh Brolin, John Hawkes, Robin Wright, Michael Kelly, Sam Worthington and Andrew John Moore. Cross Creek Pictures in association with Walden Media and Working Title Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Brian Oliver, Eric Fellner, Liza Chasin, Nicky Kentish Barnes, Tim Bevan, Baltasar Korm Kur and Tyler Thompson. Everest is written by Lem Dobbs, William Nicholson and Simon Beaufoy and it is directed by Baltasar Kormákur and Baltasar Korm Kur. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Everest was released on 24th September 2015 and takes a screen time of 121 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Everest was made on a budget of $55 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $127 million. Cinematography was done by Salvatore Totino and editing by Mick Audsley. The music was composed by Dario Marianelli.
