The Wave

Although anticipated, no one is really ready when the mountain pass above the scenic, narrow Norwegian fjord Geiranger collapses and creates an 85-meter high violent tsunami. A geologist is one of those caught in the middle of it. The Wave is a 2015 Norwegian-language Action Drama film starring Kristoffer Joner, Ane Dahl Torp, Jonas Hoff Oftebro, Edith Haagenrud-sande, Fridtjov S Heim, Thomas Bo Larsen and Tom Larsen. Film V st was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Are Heidenstorm. The Wave is written by John K Re Raake and Harald Rosenl W-eeg and it is directed by Roar Uthaug. Nordisk Filmdistribusjon acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Wave was released on 28th August 2015 and takes a screen time of 105 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Wave was made on a budget of $6 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $12 million. Cinematography was done by John Christian Rosenlund and editing by Christian Siebenherz. The music was composed by Magnus Beite.
