A group of fired police officers are brought together for a fishing trip in Canada only to be tasked with setting up a new police department in a disputed territory, where they encounter resistance, uncover a smuggling operation, and engage in a showdown with Canadian officers before leaving the territory under Canadian control. Broken Lizard Industries in association with Cataland Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Richard Perello. Super Troopers 2 is written by Broken Lizard and directed by Jay Chandrasekhar. Fox Searchlight Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Super Troopers 2 was released on 19th April 2018 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Super Troopers 2 was made on a budget of $13 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $31 million. Cinematography was done by Joe Collins and editing by Spencer Houck. The music was composed by Jesse Hughes along with Josh Homme and Eagles Of Death Metal.
