Two medical friends disappear in a village and an investigation reveals corruption and obstacles before uncovering the truth. Aakrosh is a 2010 Indian Hindi-language Action Crime movie starring Ajay Devgan, Akshaye Khanna, Bipasha Basu, Paresh Rawal, Reema Sen, Amita Pathak and Bachan Pachehra. The movie is based on Mississippi Burning. Aakrosh was Produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Kumar Mangat and Matt Zemlin. Aakrosh is written by Robin Bhatt, Aditya Dhar, Irshad Kamil, Akarsh Khurana, Pit Kuhlmann and Akash Khurana and it is directed by Priyadarshan Nair. Big Screen Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Aakrosh was released on 15th October 2010 and takes a screen time of 146 minutes. Aakrosh was made on a budget of ₹4 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by Tirru and editing by Arun Kumar. The music was composed by Pritam Chakraborty along with Ouseppachan.
