The movie is inspired from The Life and Loves of a She-Devil by Fay Weldon. She-Devil was Produced by Jonathan Brett and Susan Seidelman. She-Devil is written by Fay Weldon, Barry Strugatz and Mark R. Burns and it is directed by Susan Seidelman. Orion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. She-Devil was released on 8th December 1989 and takes a screen time of 99 minutes. She-Devil was made on a budget of $20 million and at the box office it grossed only $15 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Barry Strugatz and Mark R. Burns. Cinematography was done by Oliver Stapleton and editing by Craig McKay. The music was composed by Howard Shore.
