Badrinath

A religious guru takes in a young shepherds son and transforms him into a protector of a temple, where he meets a woman, punishes her, but later saves her, and they work together to revive her faith in God, overcoming obstacles and receiving blessings from their mentor. Badrinath is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language Action Drama movie featuring Allu Arjun, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kelly Dorji, Prakash Raj, Ashwini Kalsekar, Tamanna Bhatia and Rajan Kapur. Geetha Arts was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Allu Aravind. Badrinath is written by Chinni Krishna, Rajendra Kumar, Vinayak V.v. and Sri Vissu and it is directed by Vinayak V.v. and V. V. Vinayak. Geetha Arts acquired the distribution rights for the film. Badrinath was released on 10th June 2011 and takes a screen time of 140 minutes. Badrinath was made on a budget of ₹41 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹30 crore. Cinematography was done by Ravi Varman and editing by Gautham Raju. The music was composed by M. M. Keeravani.
