Pathemari

The film follows Narayanan and Moideens journey as construction workers in Dubai, with Narayanans financial success causing conflict with his family and his final wish being to make them happy again. Pathemari is a 2015 Indian Malayalam-language Drama History movie featuring Mammootty, Sreenivasan, Jewel Mary, Joy Mathew, Viji Chandrasekhar, Binu Adimali and Aakash Santhosh. Allens Media was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Salim Ahmed, Salim Ahamed, Adv. Hashik Thayikandy and Tp Sudheesh. The film is written and directed by Salim Ahmed and Salim Ahamed. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the film. Pathemari was released on 9th October 2015 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. Pathemari was made on a budget of ₹6 crore. Cinematography was done by Madhu Ambat and editing by Vijay Shankar. The music was composed by Bijibal. At the 2016 National Film Awards It won an award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam. At the 2015 South Filmfare Awards It also won an award for Best Actor (Mammootty).
