After facing financial ruin and personal struggles, Ritesh and Pooja come together to fulfill the wishes of their terminally ill child, rediscovering themselves and their love in the process. Yokohama Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bharat S Shah, Anwar Ali and F.k. Rattonsey. Kaash is written by Mahesh Bhatt and Suraj Sanim and it is directed by Mahesh Bhatt. Yokohama Productions acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
