I Dreamed of Africa is a 2000 American English-language Adventure Drama motion picture featuring Kim Basinger, Vincent Perez, Eva Marie Saint, Liam Aiken, Garrett Strommen, Daniel Craig and Zacharia Phali. The movie is based on I Dreamed of Africa 1991 novel by Kuki Gallmann. I Dreamed of Africa was Produced by Stanley R. Jaffe and Allyn Stewart. I Dreamed of Africa is written by Kuki Gallmann, Paula Milne and Susan Shilliday and it is directed by Hugh Hudson. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. I Dreamed of Africa was released on 2nd November 2000 and takes a screen time of 114 minutes. I Dreamed of Africa was made on a budget of $50 million and at the box office it grossed only $14 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Paula Milne and Susan Shiliday. Cinematography was done by Bernard Lutic and editing by Scott Thomas. The music was composed by Maurice Jarre.
