The movie is inspired from Bruce Lee: The Beginning by Robert Clouse Bruce Lee: The Man Only I Knew by Linda Lee Cadwell. Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story was Produced by Raffaella De Laurentiis, Rick Nathanson and Dan York. Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story is written by Robert Clouse, Linda Lee Cadwell, Edward Khmara, John Raffo and Rob L Cohen and it is directed by Rob L Cohen and Rob Cohen. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story was released on 7th May 1993 in English and Cantonese languages and takes a screen time of 120 minutes.
