The life and death story of Notorious B.I.G. (a.k.a. Christopher Wallace), who came straight out of Brooklyn to take the world of rap music by storm. Notorious is a 2009 American English-language Biography Crime motion picture starring Angela Bassett, Jamal Woolard, Derek Luke, Anthony Mackie, Momo Dione, Dennis L.a. White and Landon G. Woodson. The movie is inspired from The Notorious B.I.G. Notorious was Produced by Voletta Wallace, Wayne Barrow, Mark Pitts and Trish Hofmann. Notorious is written by Reggie Rock Bythewood and Cheo Hodari Coker and it is directed by George Tillman Jr and George Tillman Jr. Fox Searchlight Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Notorious was released on 16th April 2009 and takes a screen time of 123 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Notorious was made on a budget of $20 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $44 million. Cinematography was done by Michael Grady and editing by Dirk Westervelt. The music was composed by Danny Elfman.
