Himmat

A man named Raghu tries to reform after being arrested for stealing food, causing the death of a mother, and later becoming an outlaw, but struggles as his criminal past resurfaces and affects his family. Himmat is a 1970 Indian Hindi-language Action Romance motion picture starring Jeetendra Kapoor, Mumtaz Askari, Prem Chopra, Kumari Naaz, K.n. Singh, Asit Kumar Sen and Sachin Pilgoankar. The movie is based on Adrushtavanthalu. Bharathi International Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) P. Mallikharjuna Rao. Himmat is written by S.m. Abbas and V.d. Puranik and it is directed by Ravikant Nagaich. Prasad Productions Pvt. Ltd. acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
