In a crime thriller, a police officer investigates a murder and suspects a man named Arjun, but it is later revealed that he and his identical twin brother Sooraj both have solid alibis, leading to a twist involving a previous crime involving Akash and a woman named Janhvi. Gumraah is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language Action Crime movie featuring Aditya Roy Kapur, Mrunal Thakur, Ronit Roy, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Anupam Gahoi, Vedika Pinto and Ranaksh Rana. The movie is inspired from Thadam by Magizh Thirumeni. Gumraah was Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Krishan Kumar and Anjum Ketani. Gumraah is written by Aseem Arora and Magizh Thirumeni and it is directed by Vardhan Ketkar. Pen Marudhar Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Gumraah was released on 7th April 2023 and takes a screen time of 127 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹10 crore. Cinematography was done by Vineet Malhotra and editing by Sahil Nayar. The music was composed by Vishal Mishra along with Ketan Sodha, Mithoon, Tanishk Bagchi and Abhijit Vaghani.
