Five astronauts travel to the dark side of the moon on a scientific expedition. There they discover a cave which somehow retains a breathable atmosphere. They remove their space suits and venture on, soon finding a buried city where the last members of a 2 million year old civilization greet them with food and drink. Little do they know that these eight lovely leotard-clad women are planning to steal their ship. Written by Christopher P. Winter Cat-Women of the Moon is a 1953 American English-language Adventure Sci-Fi motion picture starring Sonny Tufts, Victor Jory, Marie Windsor, Susan Morrow, Douglas Fowley, William Phipps and Judy Walsh. Cat-Women of the Moon was Produced by Jack Rabin and Al Zimbalist. Cat-Women of the Moon is written by Roy Hamilton and directed by Arthur Hilton. Astor Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Cat-Women of the Moon was released on 3rd September 1953 and takes a screen time of 64 minutes. Cinematography was done by William P. Whitley and editing by John A. Bushelman. The music was composed by Elmer Bernstein.
