Rejaputhra Release acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Achayans was released on 19th May 2017 and takes a screen time of 140 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Achayans was made on a budget of ₹10 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹15 crore. Cinematography was done by Pradeep Nair and editing by Rejith K. R. The music was composed by Gopi Sundar.
