Chess

After being betrayed by his lawyer and witnessing the murder of his mother, a man seeks revenge by pretending to be blind and deceiving those who want his fathers wealth. Chess is a 2006 Indian Malayalam-language Action Crime motion picture featuring Dileep Pillai, Bhavana Menon, Vijayaraghavan Pillai, Ashish Vidyarthi, Salim Kumar, Kalasala Babu and Louis St. Romain. Chess is written by Udaykrishnan, Siby K. Thomas, Sibi Thomas and Udayakrishna and it is directed by Raj Babu. Kalasangham Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Chess was released on 7th July 2006 and takes a screen time of 160 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Chess was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹8 crore. Cinematography was done by Sanjeev Shankar and editing by P.C. Mohanan. The music was composed by Berny Ignatius along with C.rajamani.
