A journalist and her boyfriend stumble upon a trafficking ring in the California mountains and face danger and tragedy while trying to help, with the film ending on a statistic about human trafficking in the United States. Traffik is a 2018 American English-language Thriller Action motion picture featuring Paula Patton, Omar Epps, Laz Alonso, Roselyn S Nchez, Dawn Olivieri, Luke Goss and Tiffany Tseng. Codeblack Films in association with Hidden Empire Film Group. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Deon Taylor, Paula Patton and Roxanne Avent. The motion picture is written and directed by Deon Taylor. Lionsgate acquired the distribution rights for the film. Traffik was released on 20th April 2018 and takes a screen time of 96 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Traffik was made on a budget of $4 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $207 million. Cinematography was done by Dante Spinotti and editing by Melissa Kent. The music was composed by Geoff Zanelli.
