The Color of Money is written by Walter Tevis and Richard Price and it is directed by Martin Scorsese. Buena Vista Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Color of Money was released on 17th October 1986 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office.
