Tyler Gage gets community service at Maryland School of Arts where he falls in love with Nora Clark, helps her prepare for her senior showcase, and eventually performs a dance with her. Step Up is written by Duane Adler and Melissa Rosenberg and it is directed by Anne Fletcher. Buena Vista Pictures Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
