Shiva

The film is about a new student who stands up against a corrupt students union leader and eventually runs for the president-ship after a series of events, but it ends tragically. Shiva is a 1990 Indian Hindi-language Action Crime movie starring Nagarjuna Akkineni, Amala Akkineni, Raj Zutshi, Raghuvaran, Paresh Rawal, Murali Mohan and Hussain Khan. The movie is based on Siva by Ram Gopal Varma. Shiva was Produced by Akkineni Venkat and Yarlagadda Surendra. Shiva is written by Ram Gopal Varma and Iqbal Durrani and it is directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Shiva was released on 5th October 1989 and takes a screen time of 161 minutes. Cinematography was done by S. Gopal Reddy and editing by Shankar. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja. At the 1990 South Filmfare Awards It won an award for Best Film.
