Triumph Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Yoram Ben-ami and Peter M. Lenkov. Jury Duty is written by Barbara Williams, Samantha Adams and Neil Tolkin and it is directed by John Fortenberry. TriStar Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Jury Duty was released on 12th April 1995 and takes a screen time of 88 minutes. Jury Duty was made on a budget of $21 million and at the box office it grossed only $17 million. Cinematography was done by Avi Karpick and editing by Stephen Semel. The music was composed by David Kitay.
