Doll Face Carroll, a burlesque queen, dreams of making it big on Broadway but must overcome her lack of refinement and uses an autobiography as a means to improve her image, not realizing that her ghost writer and collaborator may have ulterior motives, while also exploring her personal growth and ambition. Doll Face is a 1945 American English-language Comedy Musical movie starring Vivian Blaine, Dennis O keefe, Perry Como, Carmen Miranda, Martha Stewart, Stephen Dunne and Charles Williams. Doll Face was Produced by Bryan Foy. Doll Face is written by Harold Buchman, Gypsy Rose Lee and Leonard Praskins and it is directed by Lewis Seiler. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Doll Face was released on 31st December 1945 and takes a screen time of 80 minutes. Doll Face was made on a budget of $3 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million.
