Bluebeard is a thriller about a puppeteer and painter who murders the models he paints due to a traumatic experience, leading to an investigation and his eventual death. Bluebeard is a 1944 American English-language Crime Horror motion picture featuring John Carradine, Jean Parker, Nils Asther, Ludwig Stössel, George Pembroke, Teala Loring and Bess Flowers. Bluebeard was Produced by Leon Fromkess and Martin Mooney. The movie is directed by Edgar G. Ulmer. Producers Releasing Corporation acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Bluebeard was released on 11th November 1944 and takes a screen time of 72 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Bluebeard was made on a budget of $16 million and at the box office it grossed only $8 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Pierre Gendron. Cinematography was done by Jockey Arthur Feindel and Eugen Sch fftan and editing by Carl Pierson. The music was composed by Leo Erdody along with Charles Gounod.
