Two bickering ex-marine pilots, Horseshoe Donovan (Larry Blake) and Slats Harrrington, looking for further adventures, following their discharge from the Marine Corps. sign on as flying policeman for the dictator of a banana-republic south sea island during a rebellion against El Presidento (Michael Visaroff) and his hirelings. Between fighting over the same girl, Marcia Bradford, who may not be what she appears to be, they soon realize they are on the wrong side of the conflict.
