Titans is a dark and gritty adaptation of the Teen Titans franchise that follows a group of young DC Universe heroes led by Nightwing and a possessed girl named Rachel Roth, as they try to find a sense of belonging and uncover a dangerous conspiracy to protect the Earth, exploring themes of identity, family, and personal struggles. Titans is a 2018 American English-language Action Adventure show starring Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Curran Walters, Conor Leslie and Pastel Supernova. The series is based on Teen Titans by Bob Haney Bruno Premiani. Weed Road Pictures in association with Berlanti Productions, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Robert Ortiz. Titans is written by Gregory Allen Howard and directed by Boaz Yakin. The series premiered on October 12, 2018 in English on DC Universe. Warner Bros. Television Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the series. Creators of the series include Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti. Titans has 2 seasons and a cumulative total of 24 episodes which have a running time of 40-50 minutes each. Titans was released on 22nd March 2001 and takes a screen time of 40-50 minutes for each episode.
