Barry Allen, a forensic scientist, gains superhuman speed after a particle accelerator accident and becomes The Flash, working with his friends to combat those who use their powers for evil and protect Central City from meta-human threats, culminating in their defeat of The Thinker alongside allies Ralph Dibny and Harry Wells. The Flash is a 2014 American English-language Action Adventure show starring Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Rick Cosnett, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh and Alexa Barajas. The series is inspired from Characters from DC Comics. Bonanza Productions in association with Berlanti Productions, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) J.p. Finn, Emily Silver, Jennifer Lence, Carl Ogawa, Geoff Garrett, Brooke Roberts, Dermott Downs, Glen Winter and Judalina Neira. The series premiered on October 7, 2014 in English on The CW. Warner Bros. Television Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the television show. Creators of the series include Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns. The Flash has 6 seasons and a cumulative total of 133 episodes which have a running time of 41-45 minutes each. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. The television series made a box office gross of $4 million. Cinematography was done by Glen Winter , C. Kim Miles, Jeffrey C. Mygatt and Stewart Whelan and editing by Paul Karasik, Harry Jierjian, Nathan Draper, Chris Conlee, Dan Wilken and Felicia Livingston. The music was composed by Blake Neely.
