Thiru Ranga

Ranga, pretending to be a cinema financier, is actually a rowdy working for a local bigwig named Rayappan; he reveals his true identity to his housemates after they initially believe he is a software engineer, disclosing his past as a young graduate trying to save his sister Lakshmis wedding through his sister Deepas surrogacy, which leads to their parents suicide, motivating him to make money to help the poor, and eventually, he kidnaps the actress Sree to save her from being kidnapped by a politician and the local bigwig and eventually becomes a successful cinema actor and marries her. Thiru Ranga is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language motion picture starring Santhosh and Ankitha. Selvyi Productions in association with Sri Raghava Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) A. Selvi and Ch. Sathyanarayana. The movie is written and directed by Ravi Bhargavan. Thiru Ranga was released on 11th May 2007 in Tamil and Telugu languages and takes a screen time of 125 minutes. Cinematography was done by Vishagan and editing by P. Sai Suresh. The music was composed by Srikanth Deva.
