The Rescue is a 2019 Chinese Mandarin-language film starring Eddie Peng, Wang Yanlin, Xin Zhilei, Lan Yingying, Wang Yutian and Xu Yang. The Rescue was Produced by Candy Leung. The Rescue is written by Maria Wong, Tan Yuli and Yaqing Zhi and it is directed by Dante Lam. CMC Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The film has a running time of 139 minutes. The Rescue was made on a budget of $90 million and at the box office it grossed only $74 million. Cinematography was done by Peter Pau and editing by Chi-Hung Choi. The music was composed by Elliot Leung.
